Support Windows 10 - Drives start stopped!

I used to use Windows 7 where the previous version of USB Safely Remove worked well, since I moved to WIN10, it sees phantom drives and frequently starts drives as if they's just been removed. I have to click on them to start them.

This update to my older version (5.2) has the same problem.
