Remove an error message

Remove “this device can perform faster…” error message from USB 3.0 device driver.

I used to get that error msg occassionally with a couple of my old comps. On usb 2 n 3. Think it was just a poor usb company or lousey drivers. Same HDDs n prog work fine on this comp. Although, this has win10 n those had XP, Vista n 07.
